Bandish

Bandish is a comprehensive rejuvenation of a 9,000 sq ft bungalow on a 10,000 sq ft amalgamated plot, one portion of which is a mature garden. Rather than a mere renovation, the project reinterprets an existing house with a strong architectural identity—defined by bold geometric volumes and rhythmic spatial sequences—while grounding it in the cultural and emotional world of our clients. The design responds to the clients’ desire for a deeply personal sense of belonging, translating their maximalist, asymmetric yet ordered aesthetic into a curated architectural language.
